Welcome to Drips IV & Wellness (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, booking services, or receiving IV hydration therapy and wellness treatments, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

1. Services Provided

Drips IV & Wellness provides IV hydration therapy, vitamin infusions, intramuscular injections, GLP-1 weight management medications, and related wellness services at our Saratoga Springs, NY location and via mobile services. Our services are intended for wellness and hydration purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.

Eligibility for Services

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to book services.
  • Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who consents to the treatment.
  • All clients must complete a medical history intake form and be evaluated by our licensed healthcare provider before receiving IV therapy.
  • We reserve the right to decline service if deemed medically inappropriate by our healthcare providers.

2. Medical Disclaimer & Consent

Not a Medical Treatment

Drips IV & Wellness is not a medical provider, urgent care center, or emergency service. Our IV hydration and wellness services are elective and intended for supplemental wellness support only.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our treatments do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
  • You must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and medications before receiving treatment.
  • You understand that IV therapy carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bruising, infection, allergic reactions, or adverse effects.
  • If you have chronic conditions, are pregnant, or are on prescription medications, you must consult your primary care provider before receiving IV therapy.

Informed Consent

Before receiving treatment, you will be required to sign an Informed Consent Form acknowledging the risks and voluntarily agreeing to treatment.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Appointments & Deposits

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for mobile or high-demand services.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for completed IV therapy services.
  • If treatment cannot be provided due to medical concerns, we may offer a credit or reschedule at our discretion.

GLP-1 Medication Policy

  • Non-Refundable: GLP-1 medications are prescription-based and individually ordered for each client, making them non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason, including if the client is unable to tolerate the medication.
  • Support for Side Effects: If a client experiences side effects, our clinical team will work closely to adjust dosing, provide anti-emetics, and support an individualized approach to maximize comfort and effectiveness.
  • Pre-Treatment Consultation: Clients are strongly encouraged to discuss any medical concerns or considerations with both their primary healthcare provider and our clinical provider before initiating GLP-1 therapy to ensure it is appropriate and safe for their individual needs.

4. Mobile Services

Drips IV & Wellness offers mobile IV therapy services in designated service areas. By booking a mobile appointment, you agree to the following:

  • A travel fee may apply depending on your location.
  • The treatment area must be clean, safe, and accessible for our providers.
  • If our team determines that the location is unsafe, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the service.

5. Payment & Pricing

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or upon completion.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and other approved payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Liability, Indemnification & Waiver

Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

By receiving services from Drips IV & Wellness, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with IV therapy and wellness treatments.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are receiving services voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any risks or adverse effects.
  • You release Drips IV & Wellness, its owners, employees, healthcare providers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from your treatment, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification Clause

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Drips IV & Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, healthcare providers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, legal fees, and expenses arising out of:

  1. Your use of our services.
  2. Any failure to disclose relevant medical conditions or medications.
  3. Any breach of these Terms.
  4. Any third-party claims resulting from your use of our services.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of these Terms and your use of our services.

7. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Any personal health information you provide is protected under HIPAA regulations and will not be shared without your consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation in Saratoga, NY.
  • If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive your right to file a lawsuit in court.
